Hotel Reservation

Room reservation bookings are being made on behalf of the attendees when requested in the Conference Registration form. Confirmation numbers will be provided in early September by the hotel. You do not need to contact the organizing committee or the hotel for this information at this time.

If you have made registrations directly with the Deerhurst Resort, they will provide you confirmation number directly.
