Room reservation bookings are being made on behalf of the attendees when requested in the Conference Registration form. Confirmation numbers will be provided in October.

Hotel Reservation - Sponsors

If you have made registrations directly with the Hilton Lac-Leamy, they will provide your confirmation number directly. NOTE that the Hilton LacLeamy has blocked rooms for the event and you may be advised they are SOLD OUT when trying to book independently with the hotel. To ensure a room is reserved for you, please advise Angelique Strotmann through the Sponsor Conference Registration form or directly at angelique.strotmann@bell.ca. and we will try to reserve a room on your behalf.
